About GrowthQuest

GrowthQuest has been set up by Senior Associate Jeff Watson after more than 25 years working directly with organisations & various consultancies implementing transformational change programmes.

Jeff is a Chartered Engineer, Goldratt certified application expert in TOC, an accredited facilitator and staff engagement specialist. Previously, Jeff was one of those on ‘the coal face’ having completed a craft apprenticeship as a maintenance fitter, before rising to lead and run various businesses.

So Jeff knows about both sides of the workplace, helping him to align quickly with staff at all levels within an organisation.

Jeff has worked with some large organisations such as the NHS, BBC, Network Rail, and Remploy, helping them on their quest to implement improvement programs and change the culture of their workforce to achieve sustainable change & achieve business and personal growth.
